Professional agents often invest significant time and resources in continuing education, from law courses, interior designing, the mortgage process, psychology, Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) etc, to provide excellent service to their clients.
Don’t fret, you do not need to excel at all of these things, but general knowledge goes a long way.
